BOOKING, REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

Booking Policy
Clients can book appointments online through our website.

  • The Magic Mindset Journey requires a $100 deposit to secure your booking and must be booked with at least 3 days' notice.

  • Distant Reiki sessions can be booked up to an hour before the scheduled time.

  • Telehealth Counselling sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance.


Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice.

  • For products, refunds will be granted for faulty or defective items with proof of item defect or fault.

  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on specific circumstances and timeframes for service cancellations.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booking.

  • For The Magic Mindset Journey, the $100 deposit will be forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

 

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will be managed on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, a late fee may apply, or the appointment may be cancelled with forfeiture of any deposits.
